1. Work directly with the senior leadership team, and collaborate with the HR team and delivery/tech teams
2. Prepare or select any learning and development materials or programs required by the learner/trainer
3. Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
4. Monitor and collate L&D evaluation forms
5. Support the L&D team in achieving their development goals
6. Manage the learning and development calendar
7. Provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of L&D events and strategy
8. Provide administrative support to the wider HR team where required
9. Research learning and development practices in order to meet organizational, departmental, and individual development needs
10. Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation, and facilities for L&D events
