About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help set up the learning management solution (LMS) for the organization
2. Roll out (under the guidance of the team) the LMS framework, roll out and test the same across all the departments like dev, digital marketing, HR, etc
3. Help the HR team in setting up the HRMS - goal setting system for the employees
4. Support in conducting the HR interviews and training

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per roll out of the systems as per deadlines).

This internship a very high learning project for helping the company setup HR based systems like HRMS roll out, LMS set up, videos for HR purposes etc
