About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring candidates
2. Screening and selecting the right candidates
3. Assessing the employees
4. Managing and tracking the employees
5. Hosting regular training and induction
6. Coordinating with the higher management and team
7. Cooperating with candidates and guiding them
8. Framing appropriate tasks and strategizing them
9. Working on the creation of training modules and presentations whenever required
