Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing the job description, sourcing, and screening the candidates
2. Planning and scheduling interviews with candidates
3. Managing job advertisements on job portals and social networks
4. Updating our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms
5. Collecting payroll information such as hours of work done by an employee, details of bank accounts, etc.
6. Assisting the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events

Desired candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources management or similar field
2. Proven experience working as an HR intern or a similar role in the human resource department will be an added advantage
3. Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems
4. Familiar with full-cycle recruiting
5. Excellent planning and organizational skills
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
8. Exceptional attention to detail
9. Good time management skills
