About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Assisting in screening the candidates and schedule interviews for internal hiring
3. Handling employee leave requests, complaints and grievance procedures
4. Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
5. Heading the placement cell and building a strong portfolio of clients for placement services
6. Providing support for students for placements and coordinate with them for interviews
7. Conducting initial orientation of newly hired employees
