Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Train vendor and institute search based on training topics/types of training
2. Maintain candidates daily tracker
3. Follow up with admin for candidates feedback
4. Prepare job ad content's rough draft
5. File shortlisted/rejected /hold profiles and other documents
6. Prepare Excel report related to talent acquisition
7. Block respective functional head calendar for the upcoming interview
8. Ensure job advertisement posting to all social media/careers and respective group
9. Maintain candidate resume database (careers email, indeed, email) and segregate database according to the job role
10. Prepare offer letter and Excel data
11. Update recruitment tracker
12. Oversee training arrangements and documentation
13. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
14. Maintain the track record of shortlisted/hold candidates and share report to TA executive for sharing email (feedback of interview)
15. Handle other responsibilities assigned by TA Executives
16. Create rough data for reports on key talent acquisition metrics
