About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and screen potential marketing candidates for the management trainee intern position
2. Post job openings on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
3. Collect data to identify potential candidates
4. Review resume, pre-screen candidates, and schedule the final interview
5. Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and JD
6. Increase the number of qualified applicants in the database
7. Familiarize yourself with industry trends, current market situation, and unemployment conditions
8. Meet or exceed performance goals and expectations
