About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process
2. Source profiles from various job portals
3. Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
4. Conduct interviews

Requirements:

1. Previous work experience as an HR recruiter or similar role
2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
3. Experience with sourcing techniques
4. Understanding of referral programs
5. Solid verbal and written communication skills
6. Sound judgment
7. MBA in human resources would be a plus
