About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen and source the right talent from different networks
2. Collect resumes and match them with the organization's required JD and check expertise and experiences
3. Handle the first level discussion with the candidate and check the resume against the original
4. Create a complete database application tracking MIS
5. Schedule selected candidates' interviews with the tech team and the senior management
