About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reaching out to potential candidates, screening candidates, and scheduling
interviews
2. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
3. Working with the seniors to manage the report of talent acquisition life-cycle including sourcing and engaging candidates in all fields
4. Developing company LinkedIn page and talent communities
5. Managing new staff initiation and onboarding
6. Maintaining employee timesheets
7. Processing new joiner paperwork for payroll and other groups, including the creation of offer letter and other necessary documentation

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Great in multi tasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in IT & Non IT recruitment
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
- Available for full time (in-office) internship
