1. Assist with screening resumes and applications; assist in the planning of company events
2. Coordinate interviews with candidates/companies
3. Collect and update our database with new hire information
4. Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
5. Maintain database including leaves, working hours, and other important information
6. Post new positions on various sites, forums, groups
7. Proofread documents and data bases
8. Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
9. Work on self-development and self-progress on a timely basis
10. Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
