About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Shortlisting candidates from different job portals and scheduling interviews
2. Screening profile through job portals, networking, etc.
3. Sharing profile with clients and further lining them up for an interview
4. Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
5. Following up with the candidate for interview and feedback
6. Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites
7. Calling around 100-150 candidates on a daily basis
8. Generating a database on Linkedin and managing the internal database
9. Conducting business development activities of our staffing solutions
10. Handling existing clients as well as tying up with prospective clients for recruitment
