About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
2. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
3. Assist with payroll processing.
4. Maintain calendars of the HR management team
5. Assist with performance management procedures
6. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
7. Assist in the orientations and update records of new staff
8. Assist in the completion of termination paperwork and exit interviews
