About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the end-to-end recruitment cycle
2. Source & screen resumes from job portals, employee referrals, and rehire of ex-employees, professional or social networking sites
3. Handle the complete recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, shortlisting profiles, scheduling, tracking candidates, following up, etc.
4. Schedule, arrange, freeze, and coordinate all rounds of interviews
5. Identify and evaluate the key skills of the candidates with regard to the job description
6. Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
7. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 8000 per closure).
