Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job descriptions.
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels.
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
5. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
6. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
7. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
8. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
