About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen resumes, industry mapping, headhunting & team mapping
2. Work on the end-to-end recruitment process for the company
3. Schedule interviews for candidates with the department head
4. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
5. Provide assistance to the students including guiding on an application for placement and briefing them on the expectation of the industry and the employer
