About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screens
2. Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing orientation materials and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR database
4. Assist with employee relations by answering questions and addressing concerns

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in a related field
2. Strong organizational and communication skills

Note: The shift timings are from 11:00 AM - 05:30 PM.
