Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
2. Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine candidate suitability
4. Manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews and assessments
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
8. Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions
