Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
2. Reaching the defined targets for the hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality).
3. Sourcing, screening and interviewing the candidates to find the best organizational fit.
4. Prioritizing work on multiple requisitions at the same time.
5. Sourcing CVs from various mediums like portals, social networking sites, social groups, referencing, headhunting, company mapping, etc.
6. Regular following up with the selected candidates to ensure continuous. engagement with the candidate and keeping them warm until the time of joining to reduce the attrition before joining.
7. Understanding various technologies and to keep knowledge of technology trends in the current scenario.
8. Starting every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with your candidates.
10. Managing posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality, and costs).
11. Exploring the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the sourcing head.
12. Participating in organizing company events and careers days.
