Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in screening resumes of candidates
2. Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks
3. Create & update all the sheets/reports related to the HR process
4. Design and update job descriptions as and when required
5. Review potential candidates from various job portals & social networking sites
6. Interview potential candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
7. Follow all the recruitment processes for the hiring of any profile
8. Stay responsible to conduct all interview rounds for the shortlisted candidates
9. Stay responsible for the hiring of all engagement type
10. Follow other HR activities as & when allocated by the reporting manager
