Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Assist the organizations in meeting their manpower requirement in this rapidly changing business environment
3. Work on selection, headhunting, search, and advertising
4. Understand the client organization's manpower requirements and detailing of specific mandates
5. Formulate an overall plan to meet the requisite standards for recruitment
6. Develop a search strategy to source candidates, interview, assess, and recommend them to the client
7. Execute the assignments by screening the existing database, developing a research strategy, and conducting thorough research
8. Source and communicate with the relevant candidate base for each assignment till successful completion
9. Capture potential candidate base in the country and understand & collate the movements and happenings in the industry segments

Requirements:

1. Proficient knowledge of the complete recruitment process
2. A degree in B. Tech & MBA (preferred)
