Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitating new comers joining formalities.
2. Handle employee engagement
3. Planning support in the organizational recruitment process and coordinating with various departments and understand their requirements
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Design and update job descriptions
6. Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
7. Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records
8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
