Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency
2. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing, following best practices at Antal
3. Get engaged in other social media activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business
4. Design search plans to work on mapping and headhunting
5. Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals
6. Prioritize workload and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times
