About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting open positions to various job boards and social media platforms
2. Using a direct approach on various social media platforms for hiring purposes
3. Contacting candidates and conducting interviews over the phone
4. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill open positions
5. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Helping in preparing Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents
7. Tracking progress, priorities and deadlines of various projects
8. Assisting in planning the company events

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per selected candidates ).
