About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing, and scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers
2. Updating candidate records and job postings on various job boards
3. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
4. Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
5. Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
6. Assisting in other HR activities as needed
