Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan
2. Formulating HR plans, policies, and procedures according to organizational objectives
3. Conducting a diagnosis of existing plans and policies with impact analysis and legal compliance
4. Identifying the areas for staff development and exploring new skills to enhance productivity
5. Measuring the training cost with the customer and employee s satisfaction scores
6. Ensuring the implementation of NABH guidelines for training with proper audits
7. Building a plan for leadership development and succession planning
8. Managing the performance appraisal process and creating models for performance review
9. Managing data quality measurement metrics
10. Ensuring the transition and documentation of HRIS knowledge within the hospital
