4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
5. Interview candidates by combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
6. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
7. Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training, and education, and inform them of the position s duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions
8. Perform background and reference checks
9. Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
10. Keep track of all applicants as well as keep applicants informed on the application process
11. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
MBA/PGDBM in human resources management, IT, or relevant degree
