Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
3. Help with the implementation and maintenance of HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
4. Contribute to HR analytics projects, analyzing data and providing insights to improve HR strategies and processes.
5. Assist in the development and execution of HR branding initiatives, promoting the company's culture and values.
6. Support employee engagement activities, including organizing events, employee surveys, and recognition programs.
7. Assist with general administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and coordinating HR projects.
