About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the corporate employee engagement team for brainstorming creative engagement initiative ideas
2. Create communication collaterals, mailers, and posters for various internal initiatives being launched by the team
3. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
4. Develop training and development programs
5. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
6. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
7. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
