About Serv India Consultants:
SIC is a firm of dedicated professionals and executives who provide quality service on time and guarantee client satisfaction. Our areas of expertise include business finance, business legal, business operations, business personnel & business technology. We are a startup with our first launch due in the coming April, currently in stealth mode. Our founders are ex-senior government officials, chartered accountants, lawyers, with significant industry experience. Our platform has been under development for the past two years and is now getting launched in a few months. Our business is based firmly on the model of aggregators like Urbanclap, Amazon, Alibaba and is a Team Endeavour. We operate as a one-stop solution platform, with CA Firms, CS Firms, CMA Firms as well as Legal Firms, and provide consultancy in all the related areas.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain current and former employee files
2. Assist with company benefits administration including data entry, claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees
3. Administer employee orientation, development, and training
4. Maintain HRIS and update with personnel information, scan personnel documents into the system, and enter new hire and employee status changes
5. Maintain accounting controls by assisting the top management in preparing and recommending policies and procedures
6. Process bi-weekly payroll
7. Assist employees with the interpretation of company policies and procedures, employee relations, and investigations as needed
8. Develop and update job descriptions as needed
9. Assist supervisors/managers in preparing disciplinary action & coordinate for required offsite/onsite training
10. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping to resolve work-related problems
11. Explore opportunities to add employee value and satisfaction including but not limited to employee recognition, birthday announcements, and wellness committee activities
12. Clarify project objective; set timetables and schedules; conduct research, and develop and organize information
13. Protect our organization's value by keeping information confidential
14. Oversee and monitor safety awareness by participating in the safety committee
