As an HR intern at Sobo Housing, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will be crucial in supporting our HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS system
2. Communicating effectively with employees and management in English, both spoken and written
3. Providing support in creating and updating documents using MS Office, Word, and Excel
4. Assisting with recruitment processes such as scheduling interviews and screening candidates
5. Participating in onboarding and orientation of new hires
6. Assisting with employee relations and engagement initiatives
7. Contributing to ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per lead).
