Human Resources (HR) Internship

Responsibilities

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post and update job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
Suggest ideas for employee engagement
Work on various job portals and headhunt for candidates
Address employees concerns
Promote a positive culture within the organization

Requirements
Experience as an Intern or similar junior HR role is a plus
Familiarity with working various Job portals
Experience with MS Office
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Organizational skills, Decision Making & Problem-solving ability
Bachelor in Human Resources Management or similar field
