Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Raise job requisitions on various media channels such as FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, online portals, etc.
2. Screen all candidates for qualification, skill-sets, prior experience, industry knowledge, etc.
3. Review all the resumes received and discuss the feasibility of hiring the candidates with the management
4. Create a master database of all selected candidates and their personal details
5. Conduct the initial telephonic round as well as an initial first-round interview to check the suitability of the candidates before passing them for the final selection/interview
6. Plan for hiring based on inputs from different dept heads and be prepared to travel to various colleges at different locations if required in order to conduct campus drives
