1. Assist the department by coordinating in the area of recruitment
2. Update company databases by entering new employee contact information, details, and more
3. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
5. Post, update and remove job ads from job portals, careers pages, and social networks
6. Design, prepare and send offer, confirmation, and rejection letters, emails, and messages to all candidates
7. Learn about the company s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries
8. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
9. Handle the day to day HR operations as per the guidelines
10. Conduct the employee engagement activities
