About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent
2. Publishing job advertisements and managing responses
3. Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement
4. Reaching out to target talent via social networks and with other tools
5. Working on day-to-day guide and coordination with staff
6. Taking daily & weekly reports from staff
