Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on job portals like Naukri.com and posting jobs on the same
2. Making job descriptions and a recruitment plan
3. Screening resumes and conducting interviews
4. Working on a plan format for induction and orientation
5. Working on the maintenance of sheets and other documents
6. Making smooth hiring of new candidates in the company
