1. Working as individual contributor or member of the proposal team by spending 70% of the time on building contact list, connecting & recruiting SMEs/professionals, and 30% of the time in developing proposals
2. Identifying relevant expert as per the client s requirement through desk research and then recruiting the client onboard through telephonic conversations
3. Identifying the most relevant expert quickly and reaching out/completing the recruitment
4. Consulting with project managers to assess project/proposal needs and fulfilling time-bound research requests (largely around building & connecting with experts)
