Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling and taking care of end-to-end processes of recruitment
2. Screening candidates for multiple positions through the portals like Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and LinkedIn.
3. Arranging and conducting telephonic interviews of the shortlisted candidates
4. Sending offer letters, appointment letters, salary increment letters, grievance letters, NDAs, etc., to the employees.
5. Coordinating and guiding the candidates regarding the onboarding process
6. Coordinating for interviews.
7. Collecting and updating our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
8. Posting for openings on multiple job portals.
