As an HR intern at Augustus Venturez, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources while working in a dynamic and innovative environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
2. Support the HR team in conducting HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
3. Help in implementing and managing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
5. Manage and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
6. Provide support in organizing training and development programs for employees.
7. Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
