Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct the first round of screening, shortlist candidates and present them for further actions
2. Develop innovative and scalable sourcing strategies to drive smart hiring and meet business requirements
3. Source for open positions through various talent sourcing tools such as internal job positing, employee referral programs, the company s webpage, recruitment portals
4. Liaise with HR business partners & line managers to understand the requirements and create an appropriate hiring strategy
5. Work with the business functions to ensure updated organization positions and approved headcount
6. Maintain integrity and data confidentiality
7. Conduct ref-checks, collect documents, and assist in smooth onboarding of new hires
8. Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve the process and deliver a superior employee experience
9. Collect feedback on hiring & onboarding processes and subsequently build on it
