Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing from various recruitment channels and post jobs in various portals, websites, social media etc.
2. Screening of profiles
3. Conducting basic telephonic round of interview to check the basic communication skills and other details
4. Scheduling interviews and coordinate with department heads/managers
5. Maintaining recruitment tracker
6. Preparing and presenting reports to the HR head
7. Coordinating for the on-boarding process by following up with the candidate for joining date etc.

Note: the minimum qualification and experience - MBA in HR or Graduate in Management with 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
