Human Resources (HR) Internship

Capes India is looking for an enthusiastic HR intern to assist our talent acquisition efforts. You'll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and more, helping us scale our growing D2C brand.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates across job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
2. Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
3. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
4. Maintain recruitment data and reports
5. Support overall hiring strategy and employer branding efforts

Requirements:

1. Passion for HR and talent acquisition
2. Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed
3. Strong communication & organizational skills
4. Available for a 3-6 month internship (flexible)
