Recruit faculty/Trainer and liaison with Professionals for Visiting/ Guest Faculty/Trainer Requirement
Conduct screening process for faculty selection by way of demonstration
Create Pool for trainers across all courses and locations
Build rapport with Professionals, arrange meetups, share feedback and build healthy relations
Ensure smooth functioning of classes which are conducted on weekdays and weekends
Co-ordination with other stakeholders- Sales & Marketing Support, Administration for smooth functioning
Minimum 6 months experience as a recruiter with hands-on experience in handling job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Times job etc)
