About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruit good talent for GrowFitter for various profiles across the company
2. Work in the creation of good training modules for teams like business development, operations, etc
3. Help create employee policies with regards to policies within GrowFitter to entail good discipline and reporting
4. Create an employee engagement program and welfare scheme
5. Run employee of the month campaign and reward scheme
