About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
2. Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
3. Ensuring smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are welcomed and
4. integrated into the Gyansthan culture.
5. Assist in conflict resolution and mediation to maintain a collaborative work environment.
6. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with Gyansthan's goals.
