The intern will be a part of the HR team supporting the water business at HUL. As a part of the internship, he/she will work closely with the Water HRBP.
1. Understanding the employee lifecycle & supporting the HR team with new initiatives & interventions
2. Supporting the contingent workforce (contract employees) management
3. Understanding the incentive structure of sales employees & initiating the same
4. Supporting the HR team with recruitment & onboarding on employees
5. Understanding & operationalizing the vendor & payments management process
6. Supporting the HR team with running HR brilliant basics
