Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end to end recruitment and employee life cycle
2. Manage attendance system, payroll, and incentives/rewards of our employees
3. Conduct training sessions and manage events
4. Maintain employee files and personnel records, process change-of-status forms, and compile personnel statistics
5. Provide information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records
6. Handle the leave & attendance management system
7. Maintain our employees' confidential and non-confidential data (both in soft and hard copies)
8. Handle employee grievances and drive employee engagement strategies
9. Handle HR legal & statutory compliance's and general administrative duties
10. Keep our employees updated about all our HR policies and procedure
