As a human resources (HR) intern at Krystal Integrated Services Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
3. Assist with training and development initiatives by organizing training sessions and tracking employee participation.
4. Support employee relations activities by responding to employee inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
5. Assist with performance management processes by tracking employee performance evaluations and providing support to managers.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
