Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with interview panel for scheduling interviews
2. Complete pre-interview formalities like conducting aptitude/psychometric and pre-screening
3. Feedback collection, maintaining and analyzing the database
4. Sharing feedback mail with candidates

Onboarding:
1. Assist New joiner in completing joining formalities for Head office and regional offices.
2. Looking after new joinee HR induction and batch induction
3. Designing an induction plan according to Function and designation
4. Coordinating store and R&D induction

Exit and Transfers:
1. Coordinating exit interviews and exit surveys
2. Collating data for exit analysis
3. Preparing transfer announcement by collecting data on the employees' past achievements and experience in the organization
4. Maintain the transfer trackers
5. Arranging asset and seat allocation for all the new joinees and transfer cases
