Human Resources (HR) Internship

Are you a skilled HR intern looking for a dynamic opportunity to showcase your talents at Navkar Company? We are seeking a motivated individual with proficiency in MS Excel, excellent written and spoken English skills, and a passion for all things HR. Join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the HR team with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and processing paperwork.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
3. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed (generating offer letters, sharing interview feedback, coordinating with stakeholders for interviews that are scheduled and exit interviews).

Shift timing - 2 pm to 11 pm.
Monday to Friday working; Saturday & Sundays are fixed off.
